Voice over fun + Game recommendation for u all

As I mentioned previously, I got back into voice acting recently, and I'm pretty close to wrapping up recording sessions for the films I've managed to get cast in so far which has been awesome and super fun!! Gotten through three of the four sessions I have planned and I've been really enjoying doing this so I really hope I'll get to do this sort of thing more and more often, hehe.
Also! I have a game recommendation for you all!! I recently have been playing the game In Stars and Time both on my own time and with some friends, and I've been REALLY liking it. I so far haven't finished it yet but WOW, what I've played so far has been incredible. Cannot recommend it enough, if you like RPGs or narrative games it is a must play. I am really enjoying it so far and its officially been added to my list of games to recommend as much as I can. Check it out!!!!

Firefox time babey!!!

I officially have bit the bullet and moved browsers to Firefox, which likely means y'all can expect a few site changes as I edit things to look like how I'd like them to look on my end with the new browser! I was using Opera GX for a bit but heard some iffy things so I decided to switch to Firefox after being told by many many people to do so lol. Naturally I've noticed a few things that looked good on my old browser that look not as good on Firefox so I will be fixing those things as soon as I'm able.
On a completely irrelevant note, I've been hardcore getting back into voice acting lately, not ready to share a reel just yet but I thought I'd promote a project I auditioned for that you should all consider checking out: Roe Dubs is doing a fandub of Bug Fables, which is a super fun game with some super fun characters to voice act!! I auditioned for a few roles and I encourage you all to do the same if you have any interest in doing so :) Click here to check out the info on Casting Call Club! Or alternatively, if you don't plan to audition for anything, you can subscribe to their Youtube channel if you want to keep up to date on when new dubs drop! There's an ongoing Super Paper Mario fandub, a fandub of the game Celeste, and an upcoming Paper Mario 64 dub! (plus of course the upcoming Bug Fables dub haha)

coding is hard part 2

I'm working on my Midnight Horror School shrine while I'm fixated on it again and my god I cannot figure out the layout for the character page. Apologies in advance if it ends up being this endless scrolling mess because I cannot get it to be organized in the way I am envisioning it in my mind ): I love working on this website and I'm learning so much but damn! I am not good at it at all!
I'm getting somewhere I think though, may need to choose a different css format (probably back to sadgrl's layout maker like i usually end up using) but for now i'm going to keep trying with the layout I chose and hope for the best.
For now though I think I'm going to take a break from coding and work on commissions, I have a few in my queue I still need to finish up so I should catch up on that. In the meantime u all should check out my progress on the MHS shrine I think its pretty cool and also u all should watch the show it's very cute

Back on that website grind. I love learning to code but man it is A Lot. I swear I spent like 3 hours the other day just trying to figure out how to add custom fonts to my page
Not that I'm surprised it's hard, like learning anything it's very much a practice makes perfect sort of thing, but hey, at least I'm having fun and this site was never meant to be taken too seriously lol. I'm being silly and expressing myself but still learning something along the way!! That's so cool!!
Going to probably work on Shrines next, but first I need to work on a credits page. I'm using so many resources that the sidebar on my homepage just isn't doing it for me anymore. Expect an updated credits page very very soon besties

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!

Hello everyone! Just wanted to make a quick blog post about the holidays and Christmas. I'm not religious at all but Christmas is the holiday I always grew up celebrating during the holiday season. If you celebrate too, Merry Christmas! If you don't, I hope you're having a wonderful day!
Christmas morning for us was pretty lowkey. It already had been ever since I got to college, but now with my sister also in college and getting older, it ends up being a more chill day than when we were younger opening up tons of big boxes of toys, lol. I got some great gifts though!! Especially excited about getting a copy of Super Mario Bros Wonder, I've been dying to finally play it. Probably going to give it a shot tonight if I can (or if I don't get distracted playing The Sims or Stardew like I have been lately)

My semester is finally done which means I'm back home and ready to get a little silly. I'm hoping to spend a lot of this time updating my site and maybe getting started on some shrines! I'm really really excited I'm so glad to have an opportunity to just relax and not have to worry about school work.

Final Week Babey!!

I'm finally at my final week of the semester, so excited to finally be able to go home and chill and not have to worry too much about school assignments. I say not worry TOO much because unfortunately I was told last week there's an assignment I have to do over the break to be delivered day one of class next semester which is. Not fun! But I'm going to get through it lmao
Sorry for the lack of updates to my page by the way! With finals I haven't had much time to fully dedicate my time to this site but I plan to focus on it more fully once my break begins. Expect a lot more fun stuff then, including some shrines I plan to finally work on!! I'm not sure what they'll be for just yet but get excited to learn about my silly little interests.

Bad Morning and Looking Forward

Auuughhh I woke up in the middle of the night super nauseous, I still sort of am but it was worse last night. This keeps happening to me and I don't know why, it's really really frustrating. I'm taking meds and that helps but it still happens every few weeks it feels like. It's so annoying.
Anyway, on a better note, my semester is almost over! just two more weeks and my winter break starts. Really excited to not have work to stress about lol, I hope to draw a lot during the break since class assignments don't leave much room for personal art projects in my schedule.

FINALLY got my hair dyed purple after literal YEARS of wanting to finally make that happen. I'm so excited about it, it's pretty much the exact hair I've always wanted and I'm finally glad to have something different going on with my hair color than either my natural brown or box dyed black, lol.

Baby's first blog post

First blog post!! Really really excited to get this going. I would visit so many random blog pages back in the day (mostly for Club Penguin and MovieStarPlanet) and I kinda miss when almost everyone had their own blog site. I remember wanting to make one sooooo bad so... here I am! Doing that! Wow! Exciting!
Anyway, yeah. Learning HTML has been a challenge for me but one I'm excited to take on. I've always wanted to learn how to code and I feel like HTML and CSS are the languages I end up using the most in my daily life, so I'm really looking forward to learning as I go. Of course right now my website is just a reskin of sadgrl online's layout maker, but hey, its a nice start while I get my foot in the door and figure out what I'm doing. Looking forward to meeting new people, getting creative, and learning a new skill along the way!
